You're looking for a new technical partner. Naturally, you want to know what a collaboration will look like. Let us illustrate this through five key questions.
How do you start a new project?
We help you focus and define what you want to achieve. Your input is essential—what business goals do you want to meet with this project? Together, we define project goals that guide us throughout, helping us make the right decisions.
During the kickoff, we systematically map out all project details. Is the scope already clear? Great. We'll review the design, agree on workflows, and start building right away.
If the concept still needs to be developed, the kickoff involves more exploration. How are the ideas connected? What technologies are relevant? What are the biggest unknowns and risks? With answers to these questions, we design the discovery phase. In this phase, we explore solutions for the project's riskiest elements. The result: A validated plan and a well-prepared backlog so the development team can work efficiently.
Looking for consultants instead of kicking of a new project?
On this page we focus on project work, less so on partnerships where we act as front-end consultants. Want to hear more about that? Get in touch with Nena.
How do I know I'll get what I expect?
We all want to stay in control. How we ensure this depends on whether the project's scope is fixed.
If the design is finalized and the technical complexity is low, we provide detailed estimates for each component, allowing you to decide what to include in the project scope. This estimate forms our backlog. During the project, we hold regular demos to showcase progress and gather your feedback. If something has been overlooked or a new idea arises, our project manager is there to create a plan.
If the project is a completely new concept—without a design and with high technical complexity—fixing the scope isn’t feasible. However, you’ll still remain in control. Together, we define Epics, which are broadly described features, and estimate them within a range. This approach creates a roadmap for sprint planning. As the sprints progress, we refine the Epics, and if additional requests come up, we create new Epics. Throughout the project, we regularly revisit the roadmap to assess how new priorities impact the timeline and budget, ensuring you maintain control over the project’s outcome.
I’m not technically inclined. How can I trust you’ll make the right decisions?
No need to worry—most of our clients are less technical than we are. That’s precisely why they work with us. We guide you through technical decisions at every step.
During the proposal phase, we outline a technical approach and provide reasoning for our recommendations.
At the project start, we test the most technical and risky aspects early, giving you confidence in the chosen approach.
Throughout the execution, we draw on our experience with over 100 projects, leverage peer expertise through consultation and support, and transparently present technical options, often using a matrix to compare solutions against your requirements.
How do you keep me on track with planning and budget?
Nothing is more frustrating than unexpected delays or overruns. That’s why, during every project, we provide regular demos showing completed work. We discuss progress compared to the original plan and budget, highlighting any blockers. These insights allow us to make timely adjustments—whether that’s reprioritizing, modifying the scope, or allocating additional budget for features or sprints. For larger projects, we share a progress report after each demo, making it easy for you to keep stakeholders informed.
What are the costs?
We deliver custom solutions, and our quotes are tailored accordingly. That said, here’s a general cost breakdown:
Project startup with Inventory & Discovery phase starts at €16,000.
Sprint pricing for a Tech Lead, Developer, and Scrum Master averages €20,000.
Developing a custom corporate website starts at €30,000.
Active clients typically receive monthly invoices between €5,000 (maintenance and development) and €50,000 (development with multiple developers).
On average, clients investing in active development spend €65,000 per year.
We prefer impactful projects, even for large corporations. That’s why we offer an impact discount if you commit to at least three of our impact areas.
